I have pcos and i need the best possible treatment?

Depends: The treatment for pcos depends on what you're trying to accomplish. If you're not trying to conceive then potentially being started on an oral contraceptive pill will help the elevated maie hormones and to regulate the cycle. If conception is the desire then metformin and Clomid (clomiphene) or Letrozole may be very helpful to promote ovulation.
