I get pins and needles in my fingers after i have been asleep for 3to 4 hrs i am on sinva statin and asprin . i have to sit up before it goes away?

Pinched nerves at wrist (carpal tunnel), ulnar nerve (elbow), thoracic outlet, spinal nerve roots or spinal cord problems may do this.
