Paternity Test: Even though unprotected sex is more likely to result in pregnancy, a condom can also fail even if intact. A paternity is the best way to determine the father. The odds would favor but not guarantee your boyfriend.

Likely the boyfriend: A simple way to estimate conception date is to go one year back from the due date & add 12 wks. This would point to the bf as likely. However, early dates are often only a rough estimate & may be modified after a prenatal ultrasound or other findings. The exposures were close enough that both could be the dad. Testing may be needed to sort this out.
