Assistance: You might need additional help getting pregnant. While Provera (medroxyprogesterone) can help to shed your uterine lining, it won't necessarily help women conceive who have endometriosis. Sometimes women who have endo need additional assistance getting pregnant. Have you had an hsg of your tubes to make sure they're open? I would see an md and get a full infertility work up. You may need medication to conceive.

Pregnancy test: First, take a pregnancy test - and see if you are pregnant or not. If you are- see your OB doctor, if you are not see your OB doctor.
