Gonococcal pharyngit: Nothing specific. It can produce pus on the back of the throat or on tonsils, and is almost always related to infected ejaculate hitting the back of the oral cavity during oral sex. The only way of making the diagnosis is by testing the exudative material. If you got gonorrhea this way and also had intercourse it is likely you also have genital infection.

May vary: While there will eventually be open sores, at the appearance, especially early on, may vary. Because positive diagnosis requires a culture , you must see a physician or dentist asap for any sore that is not healing within two weeks. It is treatable but it is important not to spread it to others. See a professional immediately.
