Depends: Your health status entering pregnancy is your best guide to health risks. I would recommend establishing care with an ob/gyn and a maternal fetal medicine specialist as soon as possible to review your medications during the pregnancy and optimize your health during the pregnancy. Best wishes!

No don't stop: Hundreds of woman had successful pregnancy after liver transplantation, do not stop any medication , you should be under the care of team and they will guide. You are slghtly in high risk group, higher chance of c section, hypertension, slight chance of rejection of liver , no evidence of malformation to the baby. Liver transplant recipients can have successful pregnancy, with some risk good luck.
