Most of my eyes are white, but when i pull my lid down it has a light yellow tinge, i seem to have always had it, is it always a sign of liver damage?

Most likely normal: Some yellow tinge to eyes especially in areas covered by the lids can be normal. Liver damage typically causes the entire white of the eye appear yellowish in color. I would recommend seeing your regular doctor for some lab work just to be sure.

No: If the yellow tinge were due to liver disease all the sclera would look like that. It is probably some normal pigment variation.
