jaundice: This seems like the beginnings of liver disease which when it malfunctions for any cause can lead to this yellowing of the eyes and skin. Suspicious is the pain which you describe on the right side of the abdomen, the locus of the liver. You should see your family doctor very soon who will check for hepatitis and other liver disease.
