Can i use biafine topical emulsion to help heal an inflammatory pimple or pih?

Good drug: I like biafene for many purposes and this is a good one.

Biafine: Biafine is a great product for wounds. It is used to lubricate the wound bed while its healing. A pimple has bacteria in it and may not work. Some pimples contain staph and you may need a different product such as bactroban (mupirocin). See a dermatologist or your primary.
