What is a good combination for moderate inflammatory acne ?

Moderate acne: Is the acne localized to the face or is it all over the chest and back? That could play a role. You would probably benefit from a topical like tretinoin or adapalene daily at night. Also either a topical or systemic antibiotic depending on extent of the acne. Doxycycline if all over the neck, chest, back, clindamycin topical if isolated to the face. Wash 3 times a day with mild soap/cleanse
