Can kill fungus: Though betadine can kill bacteria, virus, and fungus, its use for treatment of fungus is not well established. See your doctor for proper diagnosis and selection of medication with established safety/efficacy to manage a fungal infection. Betadine is typically used for minor cuts/burns/scrapes(not recommended for more than 7 days, seek medical advise for extended use). Watch for skin irritation.
