Confusion: Without seeing your labs, it's hard to know. But when reviewing someone's progress with diabetes, doctors look at more than blood glucose. Another blood test is "hemoglobin a1c" -- a measure of overall glucose control in a given time period. Is this maybe what was "not normal" for you? I suggest asking your physician to clarify -- s/he would have your lab results & answer more accurately.
