Coital migraine: This is a well-known but uncommon form of migraine. Premedication with aleve, (naproxen) Ibuprofen or the like, could help. Allow at least 30 minutes from taking medication to engaging in sexual activity. The only other recourses are abstinence or grin-and-bear-it.
