Yes.: Tamdura is a combination of tamsulosin & dutasteride, so you may experience side effects from either medication. The tamsulosin component will cause retrograde ejaculation or dizziness. The Dutasteride may cause decreased libido, lowered psa, and decreased volume of the ejaculate. These medications are quite effective in managing the symptoms of bph.
