Possible: It could be you reinfected again or it is still there and you never get ride of it. Sometime you immune system is low it could reoccure. You better see a doctor and there's a good treatment for it now.

Either could be true: There are at least 2 HPV strains (maybe 4) associated with genital warts and the immunity you may gain from one doesn't protect you from the others. The original strain may have cleared after its primary infection but hibernated in the tissues before re-emerging.
