Otitis: First of all, there is no risk of increased eye pressure. Sounds like you may have congestion in your middle ear, and possibly an infection. You can try a decongestant like sudafed. If your symptoms don't improve in a few days, a visit to an ear nose and throat specialist could solve your problem. He/she may prescribe a short course of steroids or an antibiotic. Good luck!

Inner ear pressure: Your description sounds like inner ear pressure causing your right discomfort and dizziness. This does not effect eye pressure. Try some decongestant meds to see if this will relieve the pressure.
