I have pain in my ankle without a bruise. this comes and goes. it's sensitive to touch like a bruise but i have not had any form of trauma to the area?

Support: Inadequate foot support can lead to excessive strain on muscles, joints and ligaments.Try more supportive shoes, inserts, ice/heat. Is there swelling? Ankle support may help. If persists, see ankle specialist.

An in person : Exam will likely be helpful. You may have a neuritis where one spot is touched it is sensitive but otherwise does not bother you.
