Depends: If this 16 year old has not had her period, chances are she will grow taller. Add together the resolution of anorexia-catchup growth may add to this. If she has already had her period, it is unlikely she has much growth left. Have her pediatrician go over her growth and tanner maturity staging.

There is a test: There's a test, x-ray of sorts, whereby an examination can be done to see if her growth plates have already fused together. If they have not, she will still be able to grow. I think a pediatrician knows about such a test and the specialist in this area is called a pediatric endocrinologist.

Anorexia: If stable, sure. Will need monitoring thru growth charts available at the pediatritian's office.
