See your doctor: It sounds like you have been bleeding or spotting for 13 days. As a general rule, bleeding and spotting beyond 10 days is abnormal and should be evaluated. It might be pregnancy, a polyp, a hormone change due to stress or travel, an ovarian cyst, or, less likely, cancer. Depending on your age, you may need an exam, us, pap smear, pregnancy test, or endometrial biopsy. Check with your doctor.
