Patella exercises: Reduce your activity level on things that you notice bother your knee. Quad stretch lie on back bending knee and touching to floor, foot near buttock. Avoid deep squats. Avoid lunges all together. Avoid stairs when possible. Stretch before and after exercise. Ice after exercise. Perform leg presses with light weight only the last 30 degrees. Same with squats. Bicycle seat high just reaching pedals.
