Thin blood? : It is difficult to ascertain the exact nature of these lesions but this may be petechiae which are tiny little bruises which may be due to a variety off causes most common of which is thin blood which may be associated with Aspirin intake or other medications, trauma to the skin may also be responsible. Drug reactions are another cause. If this persists/becomes worse, i would see your derm or md.
