Yes...: We're not sure why the weather effects people with osteoarthritis... But it does. People who live in dry warmer areas usuallly report less discomfortt.

Doubtful: Osteoarthritis is found in all climates both warm and cold. Some patients do better in areas with less pressure changes. Remember there are rheumatologists i would assume presently in all 50 states and all over the world.
