Right infront?: It is difficult to tell what type of problem you have from a short question/info you provided. Being 18 and i assume this is a new , large, painful bump (as pictured here?) is call a prepatella bursitis, inflammation of the area just infront of your knee cap. Often result from trauma/kneeling/falling on it a couple of days prior. Motrin/aleve may help. If worsens, consullt doc. Good luck.
