A member asked:

What is tingling in fingers after a thyroidectomy

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Be seen: If you had a total thyroidectomy, this could be a sign of transient or permanent hypocalcemia (low calcium from disruption of your parathyroid glands) please let your surgeon know asap! he will probably tell you to take more calcium pills and have your calcium level checked.
