Need Full Evaluation: I would see your gyn. You should really be evaluated for any sign of infection as well as fibroid, cysts, or any anatomical cause of pain. Endometriosis is also a possibility. And other causes of pain are possible such as musculoskeletal, gi, urological, etc.
