Dry eye treatment: Vitamin a has repair tendencies for surface of cornea and other lubricants often added to modern eye drops to treat condition. Oral supplements contain this as well with fish oil active ingredients ( dha and epa).

Omega 3 supp: Such as in flax seed or fish oil, krill oil, has been shown to help the inflammation associated with dry eyes.

Rarely: Vitamin a supplements would only help if you are defacing for vitamin a. Certain dietary issues of medical problems can put you at risk. Discuss this with your regular doctor prior to starting high dose vitamin a supplements since they can be toxic at higher dosages.
