A member asked:

Can i run during the pregnancy? especially in first 3 months?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Exercise is great for pregnancy. Lowers your blood pressure, lowers your risk for diabetes, decreases pain and length of delivery. The most important aspect of exercise in pregnancy is staying well hydrated. It used to be thought that you shouldn't have your heart rate too high, but that has found to not be true. Most important is not getting too hot and keeping well hydrated. Happy running!
