Takes a long time: ..To treat blepharitis. Give it a few weeks and see ophthalmologist if it doesnt work.

Need more time: I would continue warm compresses and scrubs twice daily. It just takes longer to improve than just a few days. If it does not respond, i would recommend seeing an eye doctor.
