See a dentist: First stop the meth! and go see your dentist. It will completely depend on how the teeth look and how much structure they have. You must improve your hygiene, brush/floss daily. If they are really decayed then it may be too late to save them and you will need to look at options for replacing them. Just stop the meth and see your dentist.

Stop meth use: #1. Stop meth use ( the cause ) seek help from primary care provider. After that , go get a dental examination for prevention care options . Saving your own teeth is a better option then replacing them . What is usually common is severe wear on teeth and severe decay. The progression of gum infections is commonly seen as well.

Treatment first then: First you must treat the addiction then seek dental care. Excellent oral hygiene is a must. Depending on the meth damage some teeth may be lost. Implants maybe an option however you should know that former drug users have a higher failure rate even with good bone. Get clean, get healthy and seek treatment.
