Maybe, not necessary: Abusers of methamphetamine often experience rapid and severe tooth decay, possibly due to dry mouth, grinding, and poor hygiene. This leads to teeth breaking off at gumline. However, it would be unfair to characterize anyone with missing teeth as an abuser of meth. There are many reasons for lost teeth, including decay (and no finances to replace), trauma, gum disease, and even genetic absence.

Not necessarily.: However, meth abuse generally leads to "meth mouth", which is charaterized by a lot of decay, which can certainly lead to missing teeth! this can happen pretty rapidly.

Not necessarily: There are many reasons for missing teeth. Meth abuse is a cause but more common causes are cavities, trauma and gum disease.

No....: Missing teeth can have resulted from numerous factors. Meth abuse would not be my first choice with simply seeing missing teeth.
