Bronchospasm??: If you do not have a recurrent fever and the rest of your symptoms are improving, then it is unlikely to be pneumonia, especially since you have a nonproductive cough. You probably have bronchospasm causing your difficulty breathing which can be treated with bronchodilator and steroid inhalers. See your doctor or go to the er as shortness of breath can be life-threatening.

If you are currently experiencing respiratory distress such as shortness of breath, then you should seek medical advice from the urgent care or ED.
