Could B a few things: Bleeding or spotting could be coming from the outside of your cervix, from a cervical polyp, infection (cervicitis) or cervical ectropion where the inside part of the cervix extends out. It could also be coming from inside your uterus, from an endometrial polyp or a fibroid, so get checked out if it happens again. See an ob/gyn or a fertility specialist (rei).
