No : The ph of vaginal yeast as well as the medication is low. A low ph will not give you a positive test on ph paper. A high ph can be caused by ruptured membranes, urine, bacterial vaginosis, blood, semen, trichomoniasis and a few other things.

So today I am on day 5 of taking Monistat 7. A lot of my symptoms have gone away ( vulvar itching, soreness and wet toilet paper like discharge ), but today I am experiencing my vagina being really wet. Is that just my vagina cleaning itself out ?
