Can monistat give a false positive on a ph paper for leakage of membranes?

No : The ph of vaginal yeast as well as the medication is low. A low ph will not give you a positive test on ph paper. A high ph can be caused by ruptured membranes, urine, bacterial vaginosis, blood, semen, trichomoniasis and a few other things.
