Discontinued in US: I'm surprised you can even get this nowadays. It is a topical anti fungal (nystatin) but is also has a corticosteroid cream (triamcinolone) that is an effective anti-inflammatory med. It's usually used for fungal skin infections (tinea corpus) with secondary inflammation. You can't or shouldn't use it vaginally.If used in skin areas, call your doc if there's no improvement in 3-4 days. Take care.
