Viral syndrome : Your symptoms sound like a lot of viral illnesses, including west nile virus, which has been in the news lately. It depends on how long you have felt this way. Most viruses make us sick for a few days and then our immune systems kick in and defend us and we get better. If you seem to be getting worse and worse, you might have a more serious illness, so you should see your doctor.
