Unlikely: While it is unlikely to be the culprit, it is within the range of possibility. This is a perfect reason to see your doctor and have it looked at.

Unlikely. : This is probably a bartholin's cyst. The bartholin's gland duct gets blocked causing the gland to swell and fill with fluid. They sometimes get infected. I would suggest you have a physician check it.
