Don't squeeze: When you squeeze a pimple, you can't help but squeeze tissue around it, causing physical trauma to all. This is a trigger for the body to try to heal the trauma. The healing process leads to scar formation. Best to use warm compresses and an alcohol based cleanser to remove the sebum (oil). If these simple steps don't help seek your doctor's advice.

DON'T SQUEEZE!!: When you squeeze, pop, pick or mess with pimples the pus can also travel below the surface of your skin and cause more pimples or a boil [a deep seated infection that would be red, warm and painful and require an oral antibiotic] - which would be worse than the pimple that is annoying you at the moment. If your acne is bothering you, see a doctor for treatment.

Stop squeezing!: Please stop squeezing! you will cause more inflammation and bacterial infection. This will result in more scarring which is very hard to treat well. You must consult with a very experienced skin care specialist who can treat your acne well. I like to treat with aggressive topical therapy and try to avoid oral antibiotics if possible. There are great treatments available, please get the right help.
