Ovarian cysts: ...Are very common and usually do not require treatment unless they are large, worrisome for cancer, or causing pain. If your cyst is 1.5 cm in diameter and is a recent development it will (should) likely be observed, they usually resolve. If you meant 15 cm that will likely involve surgery - soon.
