If this event did not dislodge any part of the placental attachment, which would show as bleeding,you have little to worry about. Continue to maintain good nutrition and rest an see your doc when needed.

Don't worry: Most likely nothing happened to the baby. However, you should have more rest and decrease your physical activity over the next few days in case some bleeding happened at the placental site.
