Have it evaluated: A dislocated hip in a young person like yourself is bad news. It needs to be reduced immediately to restore the blood supply to the ball of the hip joint. Then you need close follow up in case that blood supply is damaged so that you can be treated.

Be seen: If you actually have a dislocated hip, you would be in severe pain and unable to walk or even move. You would call an ambulance, be taken to the emergency room, where it would be urgently reduced.
