Yes and no.: Safe to donate organs - unless of course you have only one. But you will be disqualified from blood donation based on age / ht / sex / weight. Small young females are by far the most likely donors to suffer adverse events from donation. Must have at least 3.5 liters of blood in your tank to donate. This is calculated by a fancy equation for those age 16-19 and by minimum 50kg wt in adults.
