No: But rigors, what i like to call "exorcist" chills, could be confused with a seizure.

No: Seizures can cause uncontrolled shaking of the body as a whole with loss of consciousness or focal shaking a limb. Chills are generalized shivering associated with infection and a rise in body temperature without alteration of consciousness
