What is the cause of spondyloarthritis in human body and what is the cure?

Unknown. No cure: The spondyloarthropathies are a group of diseases characterized by joint inflammation primarily of the back and a variety of other tissues. There is no cure. Symptoms are treated based upon severity and progression. Some patients will get better without any intervention while others progress to ankylosing spondylitis.
