Rectal pressure: Pressure on or in the rectum makes you feel that you need to have a bowel movement. When you have sex with rear entry, there will usually be more pressure on the back wall of the vagina - this places more pressure towards the rectum and makes you feel like you need to have a bm. That would be normal.
