Likely unknown...: Haven't heard of biotin or co-q10 affecting testosterone levels, when the supplements are used at typical doses found in drugstores or supermarkets. When biotin and co-q10 are sold as supplements, their dosing and their claims are not backed up by good research science. People without proven deficiencies of biotin or co-q10 may not need extra supplements, and effects or side-effects are uncertain.
