Depends: It would depend on the type of tumor. Every pregnancy will be associated with a cyst on one ovary or the other - that cyst would also be considered a tumor. So what you have may be a normal part of the pregnancy. You need to know from your doctor if there is concern that you have something abnormal going on inside you.
