Tennis elbow: Be careful lifting weights. Use low weights to start and wear a tennis elbow strap. Any pain stop. Also look online to get tennis elbow stretching exercises.

Be careful: If you are using weights, start with low weight. Be very mindful of your wrist position. Your wrist needs to be in neutral while lifting weights and avoid any lifting with the palm down. Don't try to "muscle through" the last reps. When your wrist and arm form starts to falter, that was your last rep. Good luck!
