Plantar fascitiis: What is happening is the plantar fascial ligmanet (broad banded ligament on the bottom of your foot is contracting and then when you stand it is stretching and this is causing the pain.) try massaging your heel/arch before getting up, wearing an arch support, perfforming achilles tendon stretches is also helpful. Antiinflammatories can be taken.
