Maybe carpal tunnel: Many things can cause the symptoms you describe. But, if the numbness and tingling are in the thumb, index, middle, and ring finger consider carpal tunnel syndrome. Are symptoms worse at night or related to specific activities? Best to have this evaluated by your doctor.

Carpal Tunnel: These sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome which causes numbness in the thumb, index, middle and ring fingers. It tends to be worse at night. This can be treated with splints, injections or surgery. See a hand surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.

Neck : Neck issues, inflammatory arthritis, metabolic or endocrime deficiencs can all do this as well as a typical carpal tunnel compression or other routine perpheral nerve compressive neuropathies.
