Low mood: Start with evaluation to determine the extent of the depression, then schedule with a therapist for cognitive behavior therapy, & if deemed necessary, with a psychiatrist for medication management.

Well: The goal is to be deeply asleep at night, deeply awake during the day with a quite mind. Therapy serves to help reevaluate core concepts to see where your views may be going to the downside. I wouldn't fight the low mood, i would get treated medically. With one medicine the chances of getting complete remission is 30%. Insomnia, fatigue and pain remain for many. Get treated to at least 70% impr.
